The build number to look out for is V12.5.1.0.RGHINXM, which is labeled as "Stable Beta". For the time being, only a limited subset of users are seeing the update. But all hints point to an imminent full rollout. A report from MyDrivers cites "foreign media" who apparently learned through supply chain partners that Apple might be increasing the battery charging speeds of some iPhone 13 models to a peak current of 25W. Apple's iPhone 12 lineup supports maximum charging current of 20W and even is Apple does increase the charge capacity to 25W, the charge time may not improve drastically. Now, noted tipster IceUniverse is again hinting that the upcoming Galaxy Z Flip3 will not pass this threshold and will instead only support 15W charging speeds.
