Amazon to manufacture Fire TV Stick locally in India

In an official blog statement, Amazon India confirmed it will begin local production of its Fire TV Stick under the 'Make in India' initiative. The streaming sticks will be manufactured by Cloud Network Technology (Foxconn subsidiary) in the city of Chennai, East India by the end of this year.
