Samsung Galaxy Note10 tipped to go official on August 10 Posted: 08 Jun 2019 06:00 AM PDT Samsung launched the Galaxy Note9 on August 9 last year, so the company was expected to unveil the Galaxy Note10 in the same month this year as well. And, if the information coming out of South Korea is to be believed, we will see Samsung make the Note10 official on August 10. However, this year, Samsung will launch two phones under the Galaxy Note series - the vanilla Note10, and its Pro variant. We recently saw renders of the Note10 and the Note10 Pro which confirmed that both these smartphones will have similar designs, except that the Pro model will sport a slightly larger screen...
LG Stylo 5 renders surface online Posted: 08 Jun 2019 04:00 AM PDT Ever since its last major waver of announcements back in February, LG has been keeping a rather low profile on the smartphone scene. As per a fresh new leak, however, it does appear the Korean tech giant did manage to fit some new product RnD amid its ongoing 5G efforts. The result of said work will likely be the LG Stylo 5. These leaked renders clearly originate from the case manufacturing scene, meaning that some of the minor design details could be a little off. That being said, the upcoming Stylo 5, as seen here, looks pretty similar to its Stylo 4 predecessor, as well as its Q...

It is the Xperia Premium reborn, with a large 6.5" OLED 4K HDR display and today we'll get to know it better. |

Asus ZenFone 6 to arrive in India as Asus 6z on June 19 Posted: 08 Jun 2019 01:04 AM PDT Asus was supposed to launch the ZenFone 6 in India on June 19, but a recent ruling by the Delhi High Court barred the Taiwanese company from launching any phone in India with the "ZenFone" branding. This led us to believe that Asus would either not launch the ZenFone 6 in India, or it would drop the ZenFone moniker, which seemed more plausible. And as expected, the company chose to go with the second option. The ZenFone 6 has been listed on Indian e-commerce giant Flipkart's website as "Asus 6z", and the landing page reveals that the phone will be launched in India on June 19. That...

New Chrome version for Android makes the dark theme more accessible, adds password generator Posted: 07 Jun 2019 08:30 PM PDT Chrome for Android got a dark theme in version 74 back in April, but it was hidden behind a flag, which means most people probably didn't even know it existed. Fast forward to today, and Google is rolling out Chrome 75 for Android, and this finally brings the dark theme option to the browser's Settings menu, for everyone to see (and enable at will). By default Chrome will automatically switch to the dark theme when your device's Battery Saver is on, but you can force it to always be light or always dark. And to prove it's serious about the whole dark theme thing, Google's Chrome team has...
Our Samsung Galaxy A80 video review is up Posted: 07 Jun 2019 07:00 PM PDT It feels like smartphone manufacturers have really started to go wild again, in the past year or so, experimenting with new form factors - especially in order to answer the age-old "what do we do with the front camera if the screen is practically bezel-less" question. The Galaxy A80 is Samsung's experimental entry into this weird space. The Korean company hasn't tried the motorized pop-up rotating main camera module trick on its flagships, but chose to bestow the highest-end of its premium mid-rangers with the honor of saying "First!". The A80 is more than its (decidedly intriguing)...
Nokia 3.1 A for AT&T and Nokia 3.1 C for Cricket announced in the US Posted: 07 Jun 2019 05:30 PM PDT HMD Global is continuing its product lineup expansion in the US with the announcement of the Nokia 3.1 A for AT&T and Nokia 3.1 C for Cricket. Although the name is similar, don't confuse these with the Nokia 3.1 - they have bigger screens, a different SoC, and a different RAM/storage combo. This marks the first time HMD itself has worked with AT&T since it's brought the Nokia brand for smartphones back from the dead, although it has been offering the 3.1 Plus handset through AT&T subsidiary Cricket for a while now. The Nokia 3.1 A and Nokia 3.1 C are identical save for the colors used...

It's a feature that has been supported on Macs for a while too. Multi-cam support will be available only on newer devices like the iPhone XS, XS Max, XR and the latest iPad Pro (through iPadOS). There are also specific combinations you could perform on these devices. You can use both the regular and telephoto camera on the rear of the iPhone, or the regular rear camera and selfie camera.
