The latter is tentatively dubbed "Asus Zenfone 7 Pro" and according to leakster Roland Quandt it will cost €550. In this version, the chipset will be paired with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB storage. Quandt says that there will also be a 6/128 GB version priced at €500, presumably still with the Snapdragon 865+ (though 6 GB of RAM seems odd next to the chipset found in most flagship gaming phones right now). | Samsung Pay Card is now available in the UK, supports all major debit and credit cards Posted: 18 Aug 2020 05:45 AM PDT The Samsung Pay Card is now available to Samsung users in the UK. This is not a debit or credit card, in fact it isn't a card at all – not a physical one, anyway, but a virtual shape-shifter card that lives in the Samsung Pay app. It's powered by Curve, whose technology allows you to add multiple Mastercard and Visa banking cards (even from banks that don't support the Samsung Pay). When you reach the checkout, you can pick which of your cards you want to use. And if you make a mistake and pick the wrong one, then the "Go Back in Time" feature lets you move the transaction to a... |

| Xiaomi reveals the secret behind its transparent TV - there are holes in the matrix Posted: 18 Aug 2020 04:45 AM PDT The Xiaomi Mi TV LUX is set to become the world's first mass-produced transparent TV. But how does one go about making a TV transparent? The company detailed the process and Step 1 is obvious – take everything that normally goes behind the screen and move it somewhere else. All the electronics and sound hardware were moved to the round stand at the bottom of the TV. This made the components more cramped than usual, so Xiaomi had to take special care when designing the cooling. The chipset has a heat sink and the whole base is dotted with vents to help with convective cooling. Both... |

The company CEO posted a teaser on Weibo, showcasing the front of the phone, along with a neat wallpaper suggesting the new tech will bring you nothing but smiles. The phone has a practically non-existent bezel on top and a tiny one on the bottom. The sides are also easily visible, meaning this is going to be a flat panel with no curved edges.
