| Motorola Razr 5G certified with 18W charging Posted: 03 Jul 2020 04:31 AM PDT Motorola is rumored to bring a 5G capable version of its Razr 2019 for sometime now. A new certification from China's 3C agency lists a device bearing the XT2071-4 model number, which is believed to be the upcoming Razr 5G. For reference, the 2019 edition comes with the XT2000-1 build number. On to the only notable bit of info from the listing, which is that the phone will come with 18W charging. Just yesterday we got our first set of specs for the upcoming 5G Razr which include a 6.2-inch display, a 48MP primary camera and 20MP secondary shooter (likely the selfie cam). The device... |
| Realme X50 Pro Android 11 Beta program opens Posted: 03 Jul 2020 03:39 AM PDT Realme is preparing for the next-gen Android and has announced that it is recruiting testers for Android 11 on the X50 Pro flagship, as promised last month. The package will be based on Realme UI and won't come with all stock Android built-in features, and since it is in a very early stage, the company is asking only for experienced developers. All beta testers will have to flash the ROM of the phone, so people with little to no experience should hold back, Realme said it is way too early for a stable enough user experience. Currently, the automatic timing function is still not... |

| Huawei strikes a deal with Bolt, an alternative of Uber Posted: 03 Jul 2020 02:01 AM PDT Huawei's troubles with the United States that left it without Google services and access to some crucial apps are well documented. However the company is making solid progress with its AppGallery, which now welcomes its first major shared ride apps. The on-demand transport platform Bolt, dubbed by some "the European Uber" will appear this week on the company's app store, and it will provide food delivery as well, just like Uber Eats. Bolt on AppGallery Bolt's model is very similar to Uber, and the app is not largely different too - you can call a ride with competitive... |
| Motorola One Fusion announced: Snapdragon 710 SoC, 48MP quad camera, and notched display Posted: 03 Jul 2020 01:10 AM PDT After unveiling the One Fusion+ earlier last month, Motorola has now announced the One Fusion. As evident from its name, the Motorola One Fusion is a toned-down version of the Fusion+ and comes with a few downgrades and a more attractive price. The One Fusion+ packed a 6.5" FullHD+ notchless display and the non-Plus model retains the size of the screen but its resolution is down to 720p and there's also a waterdrop notch up top for the 8MP selfie camera which is a downgrade from the Plus variant's 16MP selfie shooter mounted on a pop-up mechanism. At the same time, Sparrow News offers a short (and low-res) video of the Lenovo Legion phone being unboxed. We don't get to see much of the phone itself, save for the its back, but we do get a nice look at the phone's cool new packaging. It seems like the larger box is a kit intended for the... |

Now a new report claims the phone maker is set announce a Realme 6i phone in India next week, which is not the original 6i but a rebranded Realme 6s. The poster includes a few specs of the smartphone and confirms two color options - Black and White. It doesn't include the launch date but the store employee told the publication that 6i will debut in India next... |

| Samsung Germany listed the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ 5G on its support page Posted: 02 Jul 2020 09:22 PM PDT Samsung Germany's website had posted a new support page for the Galaxy Tab S7's model number – the same one that was spotted on Geekbench last month: SM-T976B. The page didn't reveal much about the Tab S7, but it did inadvertently confirm the existence of the new tablet. The support page has been taken down since the initial reporting. | LG's rollable smartphone to arrive early next year with a BOE screen Posted: 02 Jul 2020 05:22 PM PDT While it's having none of that foldable action, at least so far, LG is apparently working on a rollable smartphone, that was pictured in 3D renders in August last year. Those renders are based on a patent LG filed for, and sometimes with patents nothing actually comes out of them in the form of a real product. This time things seem to be different. According to a report from LG's home of Korea, the company will launch the rollable smartphone currently codenamed Project B at some point in early 2021. Interestingly enough, the display panel will be provided by BOE, and not LG Display,... |
| Motorola Moto G Pro in for review Posted: 02 Jul 2020 02:59 PM PDT Say hello to the Motorola Moto G Pro - the Europe-bound counterpart to the US Moto G Stylus. The pair is basically indistinguishable, specs-wise. So let's see what's in the box. Motorola has provided all you need to get started - an 18W charger, a USB-C cable and a complimentary silicone case. Unlike the Moto G Stylus, the G Pro's name doesn't tease the built-in accessory, but it's there - tucked into the right bottom corner of the phone. You need to pry it out with a fingernail - there's no push-to-pull-out mechanism like on the Galaxy Note10 series. Unlike the Note10's S Pen,... |
